POSITIONING EVIDENCE SPRINT

Turn a small, authorized evidence pack into one positioning decision.

For B2B SaaS teams with a launch, repositioning or battlecard decision in the next 30 days. Timory maps 10–30 redacted excerpts to repeated pains, contradictions, one message to test and the claims your evidence does not support.

$199 to start$698 total if you continue5 working days for the full Sprint

Neither channel here accepts customer material. No customer files or excerpts in any form on this site, and none attached to your first email — neither is built to hold them. Run the structure check and the Fit Check first; a restricted intake path comes after that.

TWO-STEP ENGAGEMENT

Pay for the next uncertainty—not the whole promise at once.

STEP 1 · 2 WORKING DAYS

$199

Evidence Readiness Review

Input: one decision brief and 5–10 authorized, redacted excerpts from at least three anonymous accounts and two source types.

  • What the current material supports
  • What it does not support
  • Independence, conflicts and missing inputs
  • One-page READY / NOT READY decision

Returned within two working days. No positioning recommendation in this step.

STEP 2 · 5 WORKING DAYS

$499

Positioning Evidence Sprint

Continue within 14 days and pay $499 after Readiness is complete and the full input is qualified. The $199 counts toward the full Sprint total of $698.

  • Complete Positioning Decision Memo
  • Evidence map, patterns and contradictions
  • One testable message and unsupported claims
  • 30-minute decision readout
  • One factual mapping correction within three working days

The five-day clock starts after the balance and complete qualified input are received.

Evidence Pack Check

Take two minutes to check whether your material has the structure needed for a human Review. Answers are calculated in your browser only. Do not enter customer names or excerpts.

We do record that you ran this check and whether the outcome was ready or gaps — those two facts tell us how prepared visitors actually are. The answers you select never leave your browser.

Available sources (choose at least two)

This check does not decide what your evidence supports or generate positioning advice. That requires a human reading of the actual excerpts.

INPUT → ANALYSIS → DECISION

A fixed path with an explicit stopping point.

  1. 1

    Freeze the decision

One owner, one date and one artifact/action that will change. Timory does not start with a broad “research our market” request.

  2. 2

    Read a small authorized pack

Timory counts independent accounts, separates customer words from internal retellings and flags old evidence rather than presenting it as current.

  3. 3

    Make one bounded recommendation

The memo separates fact, interpretation and recommendation, then defines a metric, owner and review date.

Should the new release lead with “AI automation” or “fewer handoff errors”?

01 · RECOMMENDED DECISION

Lead with fewer handoff errors. Use AI automation as the mechanism, not the end value.

IDAccount / sourceRedacted excerptSupports
E-03A03 · Interview“Automation is useful, but missing context at handoff is what causes the rework.”Handoff errors
E-07A05 · Win/loss“We chose the option with the clearer workflow even though it had fewer AI features.”Value priority
E-12A02 · Support“One owner changed the status while the next team kept working from the old information.”Repeated pain
E-16A08 · Sales note“The buyer asked about AI; the operators kept asking about ownership at handoff.”Role difference

03 · PATTERNS & CONTRADICTIONS

  • 6 of 8 accounts described a handoff, context or ownership failure.
  • AI appeared in five excerpts, but only two accounts treated it as a buying reason.
  • Buyers and daily operators weighted AI differently.

04 · WHAT NOT TO CLAIM

  • Do not claim that AI is the primary buying reason.
  • Do not claim a percentage reduction in errors.
  • Do not generalize eight accounts to the whole market.

05 · EVIDENCE GAPS

  • Structural gap: There is no pricing-elasticity or explicit willingness-to-pay input, so this pack cannot support a pricing claim.
  • Retention gap: Churned-account voices are missing, so the pack cannot show whether handoff errors affect renewal or churn.
  • Competitive gap: E-07 shows one win/loss account choosing clearer workflow over more AI features; it does not establish a general competitive win rate.
  • Evidence independence: The handoff pattern appears across 6/8 anonymous accounts and four source types; internal sales notes still need to be interpreted separately from customer words.

PREPARE THE INPUT

Organize evidence without exposing customer identity.

Minimum fields

evidence_id, account_alias, source_type, month, segment, excerpt.

Download the Evidence CSV

Redact before sharing

  • Replace company and person names with stable aliases
  • Remove emails, phone numbers, URLs and contract identifiers
  • Keep the minimum wording needed to understand the claim
  • Confirm internal authorization for this use

Timory will not accept

  • Raw audio or video
  • Full transcripts or CRM exports
  • Credentials, API keys or system access
  • Identity data or unapproved material

Do not send material yet. A restricted intake path is shared only after the Fit Check and required safeguards are complete.

PRIVATE ENGAGEMENT BOUNDARY

Private work does not enter Timory's public corpus.

Storage

Founding engagements use a customer-controlled restricted folder. The public website does not upload or store excerpts.

Models

Customer material is not sent to a third-party language model for the founding engagement.

Removal

Access is withdrawn on the agreed schedule, by default within 14 days after delivery.

The Public Evidence Lab uses public-source rules and a separate corpus. Its dossiers demonstrate Timory's traceability standard; they are not the input to this service.

HOW THE WORK IS DONE

Evidence, interpretation and recommendation stay separate.

Every decision memo keeps its evidence IDs, so any line in it can be walked back to the excerpt it came from. What a customer actually said, what Timory read into it, and what Timory recommends are written as three different things — as are the claims the material will not support, and the point where the work stops. The Public Evidence Lab runs the same discipline on public material, so you can test it before sharing anything; private Sprint inputs stay behind a separate boundary and never enter that corpus.

FIT / NOT FIT

The service is intentionally narrow.

Good fit

  • A positioning, launch or battlecard decision within 30 days
  • Existing interviews, win/loss, support or sales notes
  • Authorization to share redacted excerpts
  • A decision owner and an artifact/action that can change

Not fit

  • Looking for startup ideas from Reddit
  • TAM, demand forecasting or pricing research
  • CRM access, full-recording processing or database cleanup
  • A promise that the market will buy
  • No decision date or downstream action

FAQ

Before you contact Timory.

Does the free checker evaluate my evidence?

No. It checks structure in your browser. The $199 Review is the first point where a human reads real excerpts and judges what they support.

Can I buy directly on this page?

No. Timory checks fit and authorization first, then shares a private payment path if the engagement is ready.

Does the Sprint decide pricing?

No. These inputs do not establish price elasticity, demand curves or willingness to pay at a target price.

What happens if the evidence is not ready?

The $199 Review still returns a usable one-page result: what the material supports, what is missing and a NOT READY conclusion. There is no forced upgrade.
